Because I booked through a 3rd party, they couldn't do anything. She said; we'll move you to a different room. HELLO, the whole place smelled like cigarettes. So done"

"The bathroom shower curtain didnt reach the tub. Water poured out. We told maintenance. They just brought us another shower curtain. The same exact length. This was a long term problem. Mildew and mold in base boards and caulking of bathroom. They said the maids did something to the shower curtain rod. Black residue in bottom of tub. The room was great. Great modern furnishings Pool and cabanas were amazing! Great for a little family get together. Had a beautiful fire feature at night. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable overall. However, the air conditioning had some issues, and the shower water pressure was quite weak. I would recommend this hotel only for a short stay."
