Room was dated with some marks on furnishings but overall Vagabond Inn is located in a very good location with plenty of restraunt options and convieniently located within the Historical Route 66 Drive attractions. The corridors were also big and roomy. Hotel reception was friendly and helpful, reception lounge was well decorated and extravagant.

Older hotel that has been kept up fairly well but could use updating. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Pool and hot tub were very nice and refreshing. A/c worked well. But. We went to use the in room coffee maker and found that it had been left on with coffee in the carafe. Now we had a carafe with burned coffee in it. Housekeeping should taken care of this. Spouse took the carafe to the front desk to exchange it for a clean one and was told to "put some water in it to clean it". Not the solution we were expecting. Other than that it was an affordable place to rest for a couple of days.
