The home looked exactly like the pictures. No surprises. Great location. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great communication with the host! He was very quick to respond. He was also very quick to provide items he realized weren’t there (coffee press/laundry soap). The host also had chairs delivered, for us to use, after finding out we were there for baseball games all week.
There were multiple hummingbirds every morning. Peaceful for morning coffee.

Perfect spot for our family to stay during UofA’s Family Weekend! The house is so comfortable, and well-equipped. We had fun playing ping-pong on the back patio, and the kitchen was perfect for whipping up some home-cooked meals for our college student. The house is on a quiet, residential street near shopping and restaurants, and just a few miles from the university. David, the host, was very welcoming and had great communication from time of booking through check-out. We’d definitely stay again!
