  • Enjoy this charming 1931 Sam Hughes 2 bedroom with original floors and hip southwestern art. Close to it all, including the airport and walking distance to UA. Seasonal fruit picking with lemons, pomegranate, fig, nectarine. Private back yard and nice front porch to admire the neighborhood. Very walkable area and convenient to bicycle boulevard. Near newly built neighborhood pickle ball courts and swimming pool in summer.
