Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

You will be staying in the University of Arizona Campus area which is known as the historical Sam Hughes. There is tonnes of nightlife, games to attend and more! Check out all that Tucson has to offer in this convenient home away from home.

If you are staying close you can utilise walking as your main transit, but Tucson is very spread out and for most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
Leave beds unmade and place towels on the floor in the bathroom.

AC should be set no lower than 70 degrees at any time.

Leave all furniture in place, do not move or rearrange.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor rubbish pails.

Please place ALL trash in rubbish bins. Please be aware of wildlife, if trash is ripped open please pick up the mess as Javelina like to frequently stop by on rubbish pick up day.

Driveway parking available -1 car limit. Be aware of no parking zones near campus. You will be ticketed for parking in the street. When arriving at the property, please pull in to the right and pull forward to park your vehicle. If you have trouble finding parking.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 9pm and before 8am. No parties allowed, or a minimum $1,000 fine will be incurred.

Air conditioning should be turned to 80 degrees checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 55 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Do not flush personal hygiene products or paper towels.

Please leave washing machine door open after use to avoid condensation in between stay`s.

Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine.

No pets allowed.

No Smoking on premises.

Wildlife may be pretty, but please do not touch, not always friendly.
