- This luxurious home is located in a gated community with tremendous views of the Tortolita Mountains, featuring impeccable finishes and upgrades throughout, from beautiful, tongue and groove ceiling, to gorgeous stained concrete floors. Enter through the private gated courtyard. The kitchen has state of the art appliances, beautiful granite, alder cabinets and pendant lights that may just be art. Open floor plan with grand windows that show you the vistas and wonders of the desert. Guest suite has a private entrance to the courtyard and solar tube skylights. Enjoy your oasis backyard by lounging in the pool with the water feature and spa during the day or watching the Arizona sunset.
This home features 12' ceilings, extra large covered patio, expanded master bedroom/bath with custom tiled walk-in shower and tub, large guest suite, and extended 2 car garage.
