  • Welcome to the Arizona Desert! Villas East was built in 1965 as an adult community far ahead of its time. Comfortable master bedroom with queen bed; second bedroom has a full size sofa/futon sleeper. Newer full kitchen with gas stove and breakfast bar. Newer roomy Jack and Jill bathroom has low-threshold shower. Wheelchair accessible. Basic wireless internet included. Property is smoke-free inside and out. West facing roofed patio has comfortable seating, shade and dining. New window make this casita quiet and energy-efficient. Amenities include Green Valley Recreation Privileges (Tenant fees apply). 30 day minimum stay. No extra cleaning fee (included in rent). Pet fee of 50.00.
    Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking back of unit. Laundry facilities in complex a 2 minute walk from casita. Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. A 20 minute drive south on I 19 will take you to Tubac with fabulous art, history, culture and shopping. We hope you enjoy your stay!
