  • Welcome to Benton Place, a stylish 3BR/2BA home in central Tucson, designed for relaxing between desert adventures. Enjoy thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, covered porches, in-home laundry, a private dipping pool open May–August, and a seasonal hot tub available October–April. Centrally located near the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, dining, shopping, and hiking. An ideal home base for family getaways, U of A visits, work trips, or a sunny Tucson escape.
