Welcome to our centrally located home in a family-friendly neighborhood near the University of Arizona, University Hospital, downtown Tucson, and restaurants/bars.

This is a great home for short and extended stays.

The space
We love the desert because it's open, airy, sunny, and uncomplicated. This home is similar to its environment - it's spacious and uncrowded with lots of sunlight.

The entire home is available for you immediately upon your arrival! Access is simple with our remote door lock system (August door lock). There is ample parking in the driveway and on our street .

The living area has vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating. We have some large throws/blankets for you to relax on the sofa, and there's a 75" Samsung Smart TV.

Off of the living area is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with large windows that look out onto my favorite part of this house - the patio and backyard.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is next to the living space. It's a huge room a comfy, king-sized bed. Attached is the large master bathroom and closet.

Bedroom 2: This sunny room has a queen bed and comes with plenty of closet space and an attached full bathroom.

Bedroom 3: This is the smallest of the three bedrooms, but still has space for a double bed, dresser and large closet. The morning light hits this room beautifully; it looks out into the backyard, which I love.
