Classic Tucson neighborhood area. The general neighborhood is good but not great (patchy with some nice homes, others mediocre.) If you're looking for a gated, HOA-managed community-type situation, this will not be a good choice for you. The home is extremely clean and cozy, and the large fenced property feels secluded to itself within town. There is ample covered parking on the side of the home and great backyard space for family fun and outdoor enjoyment.

POOL/HOT TUB: The home has a newly resurfaced pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated for $80/day, and the hot tub for $35/day. Please let us know if you'd like them heated during your stay, and we'll be sure they're ready for you upon arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

While in an older neighborhood (which was clearly stated on the description), this home is gem. Thoughtfully, decorated, clean and well stocked. The owner was a communicator and we had no issues. With the pool/patio area and open floor plan, this home would be great for a group or family.

Overall this house suited us well. It was clean and roomy. We had a bit of an issue with the WiFi, there was a network and password written on a chalk board in the house that we couldn't get to work, turns out it was outdated. And the WiFi has to be working for the spa to be remotely turned on. The property manager was very responsive an helpful. It wasn't noted in the listing that having the spa turned on was extra, but they worked with us on that. A couple of small things- the fan light in the back bedroom was strobing the whole time, we went to the grocery store and bought ingredients to make smoothies because we noticed there was a Ninja blender. When we went to make smoothies the next morning we realized the blades or chopping mechanism to the blender was nowhere to be found, so all of those ingredients were wasted. We would stay here again, just a few kinks to be worked out. I think some kind of welcome binder with check-in, check-out instructions, wifi, etc. would be helpful.
