Cable TV in living room, in-unit laundry, 1 car covered parking. Second bedroom includes a queen sized bed.

    Located conveniently in Ventana Canyon and within a mile of Sabino Canyon with miles of hiking/biking trails, golf, and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants.

    The resort style condo common areas include a gym, two pools, - one heated, sand volleyball court, BBQ grill area, spa and community clubhouse w/business center. Owner lives very close by & can answer any questions you may have about the area.
