"Bathroom floor wasn’t swept, hair on floor and in shower. Sink wasn’t wipe down. They never came to clean the Room and the wasn’t Cana were not changed. Not sure what was going on. This has never happened here before."

"The room was very hot and I turned the wall A/C to the lowest setting and left and came back and room was still hot. Had to buy a fan. The water for the shower and sink was scalding hot. They have a sign that said they don’t have cold water but boiling hot water coming out of the shower is not acceptable. ..."
