  • Welcome to our serene, cozy waterfront cottage in Mystic Island with private dock and tranquil water views.

    Guests will delight in boating, fishing, crabbing, swimming, kayaking and use of the hot tub at our oversized waterfront beachy backyard with BBQ, wood-burning fire pit, and plenty of seating, lounge areas to enjoy. Along with bikes, outdoor games like connect four, bocce ball, croquet, and so much more! Inside cozy up with our electric fireplace, enjoy a book, play one of the many board games, or stream something on one of the smart TVs.

    The property boasts a stocked kitchen complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary drink ware, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, blender, toaster, etc., allowing you to savor delicious home-cooked meals. Essentials such as towels, basic soaps, hair dryer, iron, as well as air conditioning/heating, wall mounted fans, bed linens, blankets, and pillows are all provided for your comfort.

    Our home is nestled a short drive from the historic Smithville and Village Green, Renault Winery, LBI National Golf Resort, Long Beach Island Beaches, and Atlantic City offering the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. We had an amazing weekend here. Carrie was amazing and always just a message away if we had a question or any concerns. This was a perfect peaceful weekend that was much needed for our family. We hope to come back again in the warmer months!

The location was okay — about 30 minutes from LBI. The closest beach was unfortunately quite buggy and not very clean. The indoor space was very clean and well-kept, though the backyard setup felt a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, my husband got sick, and we had to leave a night early. I asked about a partial refund for the unused night, but the owner wasn’t able to offer one.

I had a great time while vacationing here! Thank you for the prompt attention to detail..The host was very kind, and kept in touch with me throughout my stay. I'd stay here again for sure! The place was clean, and close to a lot of great local restaurants. The backyard, and small dock is quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

This was a great place to spend a quiet weekend with the kids and the dogs. The backyard is super fun with its beach-y vibe and the house was very cute. Everyone loved it and the hosts were super responsive and helpful.

This has become our home away from home. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Fantastic

House is adorable. And being on the water is amazing. We went swimming, crabbing, fishing and paddle boarding! Loved everything about this house. Bay beach was only 10 minutes away and LBI beaches were about 40 minutes. Definitely want to come back! Owner was quick to answer any questions, and even checked in on us after a bad storm.

Week stay in July!

We really enjoyed our vacation at this lovely cottage. The location and neighborhood were great. The cottage has comfortable accommodations and the backyard and dock provided a great view of the water canals any time of the day!

Relaxing

Rained our entire stay. Still enjoyable even with 2 dogs! Back yard is completely fenced in so we could just let them out. Yard is primarily sand so it wasnt muddy when we brought them in.When inside you can still enjoy the beautiful view from the living room and kitchen table out of the sliding glass door. Look forward to our next visit! Rain or shine!

Cute place and responsive host

We had a nice stay. The host was responsive and flexible/accommodating with a few requests I had before booking. This was a great place for me and my 15 year old daughter. The beds were comfortable and the house had just about everything we needed (although my teenager was disappointed the snacks in some of the review pictures we had seen were not provided ). Sadly, the mid-March weather wasn’t cooperative for us to enjoy the spacious yard, ample outdoor seating and nice view. The wifi was great for remote work.

Great Fall Get Away!

This home was adorable! Alot of attention to details making it fun and comfortable for our family (including our bernadoodle, Tammy) Our host thought of everything! The "beach" backyard and dock where great with many separate areas to lounge and enjoy the views. Overall great get away and the location!

Great End of Summer Spot

My sons and I had a great stay to end our summer! It was the perfect spot! We were able to fish, canoe, and get to the beach. We weren't too far away from the beach and we easily could have stayed just at the house and enjoyed all the amenities that this house had to offer. We wanted for nothing and literally just had to bring ourselves, clothes and food, the rest was there! It was clean and organized. We will most definitely be back!

Hidden Paradise!

What a wonderful respite we found a little over an hour from home! The property is set up so you feel like you're in your own house. Great crabbing and snapper fishing right off the dock. Lots to do nearby. We will definitely be back!

Great Mystic Island Stay!
