"I didn't pay attention to the details, I booked it online and just assumed it was a regular hotel. There was no human interaction, and the only thing I could do is call a number that a guy answered like it was his personal cell phone. The place was extremely loud all night, not in a great neighborhood and the room door was see-through glass so anyone walking by could see into my room."

"The hotel was in a fantastic area. The Gaslamp District was great for walking around and dining options. The pool is nice, but no wait staff to take orders, they did deliver our food and beverages that we ordered at the bar. We reserved an upgraded Bay View room, which was very nice but the view was mostly of a train station and small bay view! The trains run day and night and our room was very noisy. We went to a baseball game and the access to the stadium (which is amazing) was very convenient. It took us three trips to the concierge desk to finally speak to the concierge (who was very helpful) because no one could find him! The front desk staff at check-in had to be reminded of both our Expedia status and status with Omni in order to receive our perks. It is a lovely hotel and we would stay there again, just request a room away from the train system!"
