"Solid hotel if you want to be in the action of one of Seoul’s hottest neighborhoods. Rooms are very small, not a lot of amenities, and during my stay there was construction on a neighboring property that impacted access to the front door at times. The location is excellent to be close to metro, shops, restaurants. I only interacted with hotel staff at check-in, so if you’re a foreigner and are hoping for a concierge experience this isn’t the spot. Air conditioning was strong and value for money was overall pretty good."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Seoul. The hotel and my room were exceptionally clean, polished, and beautifully maintained. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, and provided a relaxing place to return to after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was truly one of the best I have ever experienced, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I also ordered room service and was very pleased with the quality of the food and the overall service. The staff members were consistently kind, professional, and accommodating, and they made me feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel is also conveniently located near an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, cafés, and other attractions, making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, the Westin Seoul offered an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness, attentive service, great food, and a prime location. I would happily stay here again on a future trip to Seoul."

"This hotel is a well run 5 star hotel, with excellent staff who were all very professional and friendly. The rooms are lovely, and my kids were endlessly entertained looking out at the major intersection and Times Square like ads . It’s conveniently situated by Coex Mall and centrally located in Gangnam. The entrance by car is on the backside of the hotel and is quite tight in terms of space. There is only an option to valet the car and you get only 30 min free, even if you are a guest of the hotel rather than a visitor. The elevators are also inconvenient as you can’t get to the 1st floor without first going to the 24th floor lobby. It is what it is given the tighter real estate in Korea but after having stayed at a more spacious 5 star hotel with better amenities and accommodations, including a kid’s playroom,"
