"We had a fantastic 5-day stay at The Cyrus Hotel in Wroclaw. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with a really comfortable bed and a great shower that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The triple-glazed bedroom windows ensured a peaceful night’s sleep throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with a high-quality hot buffet and plenty of choice each morning. A special mention to Ali, the owner, who went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay—his personal touch made a real difference. Highly recommended."

"Clean room on arrival. Stayed three nights, would have expected it to be cleaned during our stay but this didn’t happen so that was disappointing. Room was facing main road so very noisy with traffic, trams etc so couldn’t have window open. A/c unit was also very loud so the room became very stuffy at night. Could be problematic in summer months "
