  • A new and GORGEOUS modern cottage in the heart of horse country and at TIEC's back door! Superb hi-quality details with beautiful light and an artistic feel. 3 mins to the front gate, Close to Landrum, Columbus, Tryon, Asheville, Greenville, Lake Lure, and Charlotte. Has a boutique hotel feel and amenities, PEACE & QUIET, full kitchen, office space, fireplace, cute bathrooms, and deck with view. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms—one ensuite to the master bedroom. The nightly charge for the cottage covers for 4 people, with a charge of $35 per night for the 5th - 7th guest (one extra guest can be accommodated on a comfortable inflatable bed). Available for short stays or long-term seasonal rentals. All bookings have a moderate cancellation policy. The internet/WIFI is quite good, and there will be a $5 per day WiFi charge added to your stay.
