Lovely Stay at the Old Stable
Lovely property, in a beautiful location. . Really well appointed Perfect for couples who want a quiet break away from it all. Thank you for a wonderful break.

4/5 Good

Excellent accommodation
Everything was spotlessly clean and efficient, welcome pack of eggs wine and brioche. Would rate perfect except the driveway up to the property has massive potholes and dips and shakes your body and the car to pieces. Would book again in the property as we have our son living nearby when the drive has been made good.

5/5 Excellent

Gorgeous stay!
We loved our stay in the Old Stable. We visited Cornwall last year and wanted to base ourselves somewhere where we could get to both sides of the coast; this was perfect! You’re 30-ish minutes from all the main parts of the coast you might want to visit. The accommodation was spotless, and a really good use of space. Super peaceful, beautiful views. Noticed a reviews about the road up but we thought it was absolutely fine and not a problem at all. You’re right out of the way in the countryside, but that’s what we wanted. Loved the goodie basket on arrival too - we’d love to come back and stay again.

Absolute gem!
Had a really fantastic long weekend at the old stable! The property is absolutely spotless and has a lovely cosy feel. Attention to detail and a lot of love has gone into this cottage and it is equipt with everything we needed :) even the road up to the cottage wasn't as bad as expected (per other reviews) and we had no issues, just had to take it steady. Great base for exploring the area and just overall a fantastic place to stay! Thank you for having us, hopefully we will make it back soon! P.s we got around 2 hours away and realised we hadn't emptied the fridge, really sorry about that!!
