    The apartment when entering has a long hallway leading through to two bedrooms, Main bathroom and a utility room with Washing Machine, ironing board etc.

    The apartment has two bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x double). A main bathroom and an ensuite to the Master room.

    Both rooms have USBc and Apple lightning cables pre- installed into the side tables. Both rooms have Smart TV's and complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a chest of drawers in both rooms and the master benefits from a wardrobe.

    Leading upstairs, you have a small office area ideal for anybody wishing to work from the apartment.

    The kitchen is well equipped with electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and built in dishwasher. The living area is complete with smart LED TV and free Wi-Fi, four seater dining chair and table, and 2 x two seater sofas for your comfort.

    The apartment is furnished to a high specification and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 persons. The 5 star apartment has all that you would need to ensure a perfect break with board games, Freeview, Amazon and Netflix

    The local park can be seen from the living room window and is a short walk. Truro city is a 15-20 min walk.

    There is plenty to do whether you're a couple needing a chill out break, coastal walks, or a family with plenty of activities for children in and around the local area.

    Outside there is free visitor parking and an allocated garage for parking for you to use.

    PLEASE NOTE

    STEPS: This apartment is located on the top floor and the building does not have a lift. From the carport there is 55 steps to the apartment front door. A side access ramp is available to the outer front door but still 33 internal steps until you reach the apartment front door.

Truro

The flat was clean and tidy. It is walking distance to Maplas which is a cute village you might otherwise miss. Also close to a park and cricket pitch. Bit of a walk to downtown Truro (20 mins ish?) but not bad.

Excellent base for a long weekend in Truro

The property is spotlessly clean, bright and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The living area and kitchen are quite spacious. TV has wide selection of channels. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a roast chicken for Sunday lunch. The only thing missing was a corkscrew but we have left one. On site parking is provided but if you have no car it is an 20 minute walk into town. Overall very good.

Very spacious and light apartment, with all mod cons. Great shower and beds, we all had great nights sleep even in the middle of a heat wave.It's in an ideal location for touring Cornwall, we will definately be adding it our favourites list.

Very nice apartment on two floors. The top floor is under the roof, so it was warm, but there are large windows front and back to allow the breeze through. The kitchen had most of what we needed - a teapot would have been nice ;)There is a washing machine on the 1st floor, which was not clear from the advertisement in FeWo. There is also a stand to dry your laundry on, which works well in the aforementioned breeze. Really useful!We only used one of the showers, which was great (by UK standards) - really powerful. Bedrooms were comfortable and there were charging cables provided on both sides in both rooms. Nice touch.Car parking for our small hire car was good but a larger car might be tricky to park in the carport. There are other spaces available around the corner though.Check in was great, really easy. Judging by the communication with the host and the facilities and information provided in the flat, we had the feeling that we were welcome as guests, which is not always the case.All in all a very good experience and Truro made a great base for exploring the west of Cornwall.
