Big gap between checkin and checkout timinings. 11:00am checkout and checkin 3:00. Mostly hotels have 12:00noon and 2:00pm. Second issue price includes swimming pool also. But when we went for swimming it was locked. When asked for it then realised that it is closed for many days. "

Everything in the room was on good shape, and the private pools are especially nice for a couple retreat.
The staff was very friendly and attended, tried to help and assist in everything, super fast and proficient.
The pool was a little dirty so we were upgraded and the room was great.
The hotel itself has anything you need, from transportation to household and other services . The hotels main pool was also nice and the staff always check every visitors to make sure you are safe.
The only downside is the distance from the main part of dubai"
