Gorgeous Character Bach

"A very charming, classic kiwi batch. Don't expect 5 star luxury, but you will get a quirky, cute little batch that oozes Kiwi charm. The location is hard to beat within easy walking distance to the pancake rocks, visitor centre and cafes. The sea is right at your doorstep. Dramatic cliffs and lush forest everywhere. The birdsong is magical."

"The Oceanview Deluxe suite upstairs was a spacious room with dressing room, bathroom, kitchenette and a lovely balcony. It had an incredible view of the Tasman Sea which also overlooked rainforest. You can walk from your room to the restaurant as it has a walking tunnel which goes under the road. The sunsets at night were stunning. The bed was comfortable with ample bedding and pillows. Even in winter, the room was very warm with just one panel heater. We had to turn it off the second night as it was too hot, even on low. The bathroom was large with good sized shower. All the staff were very friendly. Restaurant meals were delicious, although some main dishes were on the small side for the price. Overall a lovely place to stay with the Pancake Rocks and Blowholes just a short walk up the road. If you take your car, there is a carpark, but you have to pay."
