This spacious four-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of rustic Tahoe charm and upscale comfort, making it an ideal year-round retreat.  
  
This home is in a prime location for both relaxation and adventure. Guests will have access to the Northstar Recreation Center (daily fees apply person/day. Worth it!), which features multiple outdoor pools, jacuzzi, a large fitness center, heated lap pool in winter, game room, and in summer, a Junior Olympic-size pool, kids' pool, playground, Snack Shack, pickleball, and tennis courts. Northstar Resort also offers golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, dining, shops, and more—just minutes from your door.  
  
This is a two-level home. On the upper level you'll find the main living spaces, including a breathtaking great room with vaulted knotty pine ceilings, a stone fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The gourmet granite kitchen and open dining area make it easy to enjoy time with family and friends. Also upstairs is the primary suite with a king bed, jetted tub, and walk-in shower, along with a guest room featuring a queen bed and separate bathroom with shower.

The lower level offers a second primary suite with a king bed and half bath, as well as a fourth bedroom with a double-over-queen bunk bed, sleeper sofa, and full bath. This level also includes the laundry and mudroom, plus access to the oversized two-car garage.

In summer, hit the golf course, mountain bike trails, equestrian center, or head just 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe's beautiful beaches for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and swimming. The North Shore casinos are just 20 minutes away for dining, entertainment, and nightlife.  
  
Pet Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2; additional fees apply per dog.

\* Parking is available for 4 cars, including at least one in the garage. All cars must park on the driveway or in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
