This property was just built and completed July of 2021. It is completely furnished and equipped for your perfect winter getaway. Due to a moratorium on short term housing in Truckee, this property is offered at a minimum of a 30 day stay. Fully equipped with all the essentials and decorated with a mountain modern theme. Fiber optic wireless, 60 inch OLED TV, spacious kitchen and living room, and a master and junior master bedroom, heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace, makes this a luxurious winter getaway. While there is construction in progress nearby,, our street has been completed. The east side is undeveloped and we back to a year round creek, Cold Stream.
