Given how much we spent in service fees, disappointed with the lack of action from property management. We had a smoke detector have a low battery at 4 am on night, and management was not able to help us resolve the issue until after 3 pm after multiple emails and calls from us. Would have been a quick fix for us but with no ladder we were relying on them. Great location and the house was impeccable, every detail thought of. The kitchen was fully stocked with new pots, pans and every gadget you could need. The beds and pillows were top quality and provided and excellent nights rest. Every thing in the house was spotless and the management company was very responsive. The best management company I’ve ever worked with. We had an issue with the AC which was fixed within hours. We spent the days hiking and my kids loved coming back to be able to play basketball. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with new pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Beds are all very comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk room and their own hang out space. It’s a great location near Truckee- we skied, hiked, and enjoyed Truckee and Lake Tahoe. The pool and golfing wasn’t open yet so we couldn’t enjoy those amenities. We would definitely come back. Only downside is there is construction on 2 houses on the cul de sac so trucks coming and going.
