INSIDE THE HOME

As you step onto the main floor, you will be greeted by a large and bright open-plan living area that includes a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. The front patio, right off the living room and dining area, is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the neighborhood views. Two guest bedrooms on the main floor behind the kitchen area boast queen beds and chic mountain and nature-themed decor. On the lower floor, you will find a cozy den and a guest bedroom with two twin bunk beds, perfect for kids who will love making this space their own. The spacious lower patio has a covered hot tub so you can use it in the winter and in the summer, you can relax in the outdoor seating. The upper loft provides an office area on the landing and a gorgeous primary suite with a king bed, an enormous walk-in closet, and a five-piece ensuite.

LOCATION + AMENITIES
Located on the west side of the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, and downtown Truckee is an easy drive away.

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
- Property security cameras; a front door ring camera to the right of front door and a back patio ring camera located on back deck looking at back patio.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
