*Parking can be tight, with a narrower entry. We can fit 4 vehicles between 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. Typically 2 trucks and 2 mid sized vehicles fit well. Here are the parking space measurements:
1. Left side driveway/deck: 37’ length
2. Right side driveway/deck: 16’ length
3. Left side garage: 19’ length x 6’10” height
4. Right side garage: 16’5” length x 6’10” height

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero-tolerance policy for abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If looking to squeeze 25 people into a house and / or party hard, this is not the home. This is a tasteful and expensively appointed home - please treat it as your own! This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES. Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in penalties.
