In addition to the living room, this property also includes a sun-drenched reading room with panoramic views of the 13th hole, as well as an entertainment room equipped with a bar table, television, plush seating, and a pool table. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living space, with the primary bedroom and ensuite bath on one side and two additional bedrooms upstairs on the other.
