"Home was clean...except for cobwebs up a bit higher than the cleaners did. Decks were not too usable as they were covered with pine needles. Otherwise, facilities were good, manageable, directions to open and close house were good. We only did breakfast there, rest of the day was with family. Good location."

"The rental was exactly as pictured, it was perfect for weekend plans. We were pleasantly surprised that it was fully stocked with anything you could need and in new condition which sometimes is not the case. We loved the front deck and totally enjoyed the fire pit. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again."

"Great cabin on the Truckee River! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very dog friendly! We walked the trail along the river, barbecue every evening on the amazing deck, enjoyed the sounds of the river and creek, drove to Donner Lake and Truckee, and had a very relaxing time. My dog loved the river and creek which are steps from the cabin.Cabin was well equipped, comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell it is a very loved home!Jackie was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with answering all my questions!We will be back"
