Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings. Will look forward to the chance to enjoy the hospitality extended here by the gracious and helpful owner.
The entire stay was very welcoming and enjoyable.. quiet and all the necessities available as well as plenty of xtras.. Would definately return for the hospitality...!!
House was beautiful, clean and the free shuttle service to Northstar was fantastic!! Our family of 10 had plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked. Communication for checkin and checkout was great !! We will stay here again.
The layout of the house is great, amenities are great, and location is terrific. It worked perfectly for our 2-family vacation with teens. The only items for improvement are: the sound system in the living room should be updated, the hot water pressure should be increased, and the bathrooms need more lighting..
Our family stayed here to ski at northstar and it was an amazing time. We made use of the games, puzzles, hot tub and pool table. The shuttle service was super convenient to get to and from the village, especially on such a busy weekend when the parking lots were full. Everything was nicely stocked and warmly decorated. Thank you for the good memories!
Spacious, comfortable open airy home with lots of windows and spaces to congregate for play, games, lounging, eating. Thoughtfully well-provisioned kitchen from dishes to cooking utensils to pots and pans. Easily accommodates 4 cars. Easy shuttle access to Northstar ski slopes. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Responsive hosts. Would love to rent again in the future.
Stunning property with all amenities you could ask for. Extremely clean and well maintained. Fully stocked with much more that you would expect from a rental.
Location was perfect with shuttle service that picks and drops off at your door. Minutes from North Star resorts and Ski Resort.
Definitely would recommend and will likely be using again in the future.
This home was perfect accommodations for our family. Each of the three parents had their own master bedroom and the four children got to enjoy sleeping together. The pool table was a hit for them too! Updated appliances and nice towels and firm beds. Appreciated all the signs explaining the little details such as how to lock the doors.
One minor inconvenience was the main room heater wasn't working which Tahoe Mountain Property promptly tried to correct but was unable to. They provided a space heater that helped. Also wished there was onsite garbage disposal. Was a little inconvenient to drive to the common disposal site and come back to drop off the card key. Also need to update the information in the welcome binder. The garage code did not work for either door.
All in all a nice stay!
Very clean place that provides everything you need for an extended stay. Location was great within the Northstar community and close to Kings Beach area.
Great location only few minutes drive from the NorthStar village. The house is clean and has plenty of space for our party of 3 families. Unfortunately during our stay, there are some rowdy neighbors who were partying well past midnight. But other than this, we had a pleasant stay for a short wkend trip.
This house was a very comfortable stay for our 3 families. Each room had a dedicated restroom, there was plenty of seating/lounging options and the house was very clean. We would stay here again.
This home was a great rental for our family with kids and grandkids. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you need. There are games for the kids to play and the hot tub is great. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful time at this house. The only thing was the main living room tv was in a weird spot. If it was on a movable stand then it could be adjusted so everyone could watch a movie. Other then that it was perfect
We had a beautiful winter land weekend getaway! The house is so clean and cozy, a convenient free shuttle is superb. Surely will book this property in the future
Tahoe mountain properties to special mention Holly for diligent assistance. Thank you
We had a great time staying here as a group over a holiday weekend. Holly was very communicative and quick to respond to questions. The property was clean and comfortable and easy to get to. Some of the people in the neighbourhood were a bit unfriendly but otherwise it was a great stay!
Upon arrival, the property had already been without power for several hours and was not usable. The property manager didn’t inform us, was rude and laughing at us over the phone; even insisted on burning firewood to warm up a 3000sqft house. After approximately eight hours of back and forth, we were relocated to a significantly smaller and lower-quality two-bedroom accommodation. After we were later able to return to the original property the next morning at 9.30am, it took more than 12 hours for the house to warm up and reach a livable indoor temperature by 9.30pm.Moreover, the house wasn’t very clean.
I appreciated the level driveway that was plowed out promptly each morning (a very snowy Christmas stay). Also loved the fact that the kitchen was well-supplied multiple utensils, dishes, and baking pans. Could have used a larger fry pan and soup pot, but overall very well stocked! Also, the lighting in the kitchen was a little lacking, given that the light under the microwave wasn't working. Plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and three college-age grandkids. We all had room to gather together and to find separated quiet space. The alarm system started chirping one afternoon (Christmas Eve) - couldn't figure out the problem, but the management company answered the phone promptly & were able to help solve the issue. Also, loved the fact that there was plenty of wood for the fireplace which we used continuously!
