In addition, a spacious south-facing balcony—6 metres long by 1 metre wide—offers an extra space to relax and enjoy the panoramic views.<br><br>Access to this rural retreat is via a separate outdoor staircase that ascends from the “El Cerro” plaza, where the communal parking area is located. This private entrance ensures privacy and comfort for all our guests.<br><br>The heart of this space is its spacious 60-square-meter living-dining room—the ideal place for the whole family to gather and enjoy unforgettable moments together—featuring a large open kitchen that perfectly complements the experience.<br><br>It has 2 bedrooms:<br><br>Bedroom 1: A 210 x 200 cm double bed and a bunk bed with two 90 x 200 cm beds; this room can comfortably accommodate up to three or four people.<br><br>Bedroom 2: One double bed (140 x 200 cm).
