We had a perfect four-night stay and loved this place! The apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's the ideal size for two people and features a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a microwave, fridge, and great cooking facilities. The location is incredibly convenient, too—there's an Aldi supermarket right across the street, a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, and it’s only a ten-minute bus ride to the main train station. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Issues with a/c units due to malfunction but staff were great to assist

The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent—the highlight of the experience.

The hotel was spotless. Staff was very helpful. Excellent restaurant and bar. If you are a car enthusiast you definitely need to stay here the owner has an incredible collection of vintage sports cars and some modern cars the hotel is basically a car museum, also in the basement of the hotel there is a small version of Ripley's aquarium stunning examples of native freshwater fish and huge tanks quite an interesting walk through. Our room also had a beautiful outdoor terrace and view of the town.

We mostly like everything about the stay, apartment size, amenties, location and proximity to Interlaken OST station. We were disappointed by the attitude of the restaurant staff at the hotel, especially one male staff member who seemed particularly rude. Either the staff need etiquette training or English language training. “I don’t care” is how this male staff member reacted to a situation. I have never heard any hotel staff member , anywhere in the world.
