Be within a mile of Peebles Island and two miles of the downtown Troy area. Enjoy Troy by visiting the local-eaters, coffee shops and fashionable boutiques. Free on street parking is available.We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units. A stylish third floor one-bedroom apartment. Note that there are fairly steep steps leading up to the apartment entrance. The apartment is located on the third floor , there for you will need to climb stairs. If stairs is not your forte, please check out our first and second floor units that have a more wide a regular staircase. The bedroom is set with a king bed.
