House, furnishings, appliances, and bedding were absolutely immaculate. Real plants and fresh flowers everywhere were a nice touch, and the backyard area was surprisingly beautiful. Master bed was too firm for us, but that’s a matter of taste. First of all, plenty of seating and a large living room + kitchen made it nice and cozy to eat in together. Not to mention the deck outside which was the perfect spot to have breakfast or dinner at. Each bedroom was a decent size with a good bed and clean bathrooms. Only gripe I had was the pillows were a little too flat, but nothing that would take away from a perfect rating. The neighborhood was also a huge plus. A few restaurants within walking distance plus plenty of charming homes nearby made it worth taking to the sidewalk rather than driving. The house is easy to locate, spacious, well appointed, and CLEAN. We’ve rented many homes and the level of cleanliness here is top notch. My family of four is able to both spend time together and spread out into our own spaces. The back patio is well maintained and attractive if you have time to use it. The owner is very responsive and happy to address any concerns.The one thing working against this property (not the fault of the owner) is the proximity of the neighboring houses and heavily populated area. We roll with the punches, but some would be irritated by the occasional barking dog, screaming child, or the smell of MJ smoke wafting through the open windows.My daughter left a beloved stuffy behind and the owner graciously mailed it back to us free of charge, which I’m grateful for. ##### Lauren F.
