  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment in North Troy. Be within two miles of all the locally owned eaters, delicious coffee shops and fashionable boutiques that downtown Troy has to offer. Free on-street parking is available.We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

    This stylish apartment is on the first floor.

    The bedroom is set with a queen bed.
    The living room is set with a sectional couch that can be used for sleeping, as well as a twin roll away bed.

    Free on-street parking is available. The host will provide a list of recommended restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.
    1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
    2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
    3. No pets allowed
    4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
    5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
    6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .
