Une maison accueillante magnifiquement située

Le logement est idéalement situé, donnant sur une rue piétonne très animée, avec tout ce que l'on peut rechercher : boutiques, cafés, restaurants, glacier, sans oublier le Monoprix tout proche. La plage est à 5 min, à pied bien sûr. Nos petits enfants ont suivi un stage de voile, à 20 minutes de marche seulement. La maison est bien décorée, et très accueillante, Y vivre à 8 n'a pas posé de problème. Nous étions prévenus de l'importance des escaliers, le living/cuisine et les chambres s'échelonnant du 1er au 3e étage. A l'usage, l'utilisation de ces escaliers ne nous a pas pesé. Le stationnement de notre voiture n'a pas été simple, mais a pu être raisonnablement résolu. Avec une mention particulière pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse de notre hôte, sans oublier la personne qui nous a accueilli.

Maison très confortable en centre ville. Convient pour des vacanciers valides (escaliers). Quartier calme près de tout commerce y compris commerces de bouche.

Bonne location

Accueil agréable, location bien située dans un quartier vivant, près de la plage et du marché bonne literie, sanitaires impeccables, salon agréable. Tout ceci fait passer les escaliers et la buanderie en sous sol. (Mais nous étions prévenus !)

Trouville-sur-Mer

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist halt mitten im Zentrum, daher mitunter etwas lauter. Dafür aber der Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Die Küche bietet sicher alle möglichen Geräte. Da alle Geräte auf einem hohen Niveau sind, wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung nicht schlecht, denn selbsterklärend sind sie nicht. In der Küche ist ein großer Esstisch. Gemütlich dran sitzen kann man eigentlich nicht, da er nicht im Raum, sondern an einer Wand steht. Im Wohnzimmer sind hauptsächlich 2 Sofas, ausreichend für 4 Personen. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei und der TV etc nach Rückfragen (keine Anleitung) auch. Im Keller befindet sich der Waschtrockner. Wäsche aufhängen kann man da, sie wird aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit aber nicht trocken, einen separaten Wäscheständer gibt es nicht. Die Betten waren wie beschrieben, leider waren mache Bettdecken mit gelben Flecken versehen. Im Vorfeld der Reise habe ich mit dem Eigentümer Kontakt aufgenommen bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten. Da Feriensaison war, gab es nirgendwo freie Parkplätze. Die Reinigung und der Verleih von Bettwäsche sowie die Übergabe scheint eine eigene Branche zu sein. Der Eigentümer konnte über die Höhe im Vorfeld keine Auskunft geben, der Kontakt wird per Handy hergestellt. Die Dame war zur vereinbarten Zeit da und die Übergabe klappte problemlos. Zur Abreise wollte sie die Wohnung eine Stunde früher, da sie viel zu tun hätte.

Komfortables Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat hohe lichte Raumhöhen in den großen Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsräumen und sehr bequeme Betten. Leider ist eines der Bäder „gefangen“, bzw. nur durch ein Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Der Vermieter, wie auch Audrey, die die Mieterrezeption verantwortet sind ausgesprochen freundlich und service-orientiert. Das Haus hat eine Toplage im Herzen von Trouville und befindet sich in 5 min Fußmarsch zum Strand.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette location. Emplacement genial, et tout le confort qu il faut. Audrey qui nous accueille est vraiment très gentille et bienveillante. Merci Audrey. Le propriétaire est également très sympathique. Merci Mr Hugues pour cette semaine dans votre maison qui nous a vraiment beaucoup plus. A refaire.

Excellent emplacement

La plage a quelques minutes a pied, le glacier et les 2 boulangeries au pied de la maison, les 2 balcons et le chant des mouettes en bruit de fond, tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances en famille dans cet appartement agréable. Nos filles ados ont adoré leurs chambres, bien tranquilles au dernier étage.

Pied à terre parfait pour un séjour à Trouville

Une maison de ville pleine de charme, joliment décorée et très confortable. Emplacement idéal, au sein d'un petit quartier animé au coeur de Trouville avec tout à portée de main: commerces, restaurants, etc, et la plage à 10 minutes à pied. Logement sur 3 niveaux (4 si on compte l'entrée), alors il ne faut pas avoir peur d'escaliers!

Perfekt beliggenhed

Vi havde 3 større børn med på ferie og vi elskede alle lejlighedens indretning og beliggenhed. Tre etagers byhus lige midt i alting med fantastisk strand 3 min væk. Kan varmt anbefales. Der var dog ikke så rent og parkering var et problem for os men vi var på tur tre dage og hjemme tre dage så bilen holdt bare et godt stykke væk.
