Located in a residence in the hills above Trouville-sur-Mer, this spacious studio apartment boasts a terrace and garden!  
  
It comprises:  
An entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed for two (mattress topper), a sofa bed ideal for a child, and a television.  
  
A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a mini-oven, and electric hobs.  
  
A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The toilet and radiators are new (July 2025).  
  
Private parking space within the residence.  
  
Additional information:  
Please note that linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided.  
  
Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of your stay.  
  
An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €60 (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).  
  
Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival). They can also be rented for the duration of your stay; please contact the agency at \[hidden\] for a quote.
