### Studio with garden and parking in Trouville

Located in a residence on the heights of Trouville-sur-Mer, this spacious studio boasts a terrace and a garden!  
It comprises:  
An entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (mattress topper), a sofa bed ideal for a child, and a television.  
A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, mini-oven, and electric hob.  
A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The toilet and radiators are new (July 2025).  
Private parking space in the residence.  
  
Linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Cleaning is to be carried out by you at the end of your stay.  
An end-of-stay cleaning option is available for €60.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
 . Travel cot : 12.0 € Per stay
