Ideally located on the beach, this charming fisherman's house, completely renovated, is perfect for accommodating up to 8 people.

Only 20 metres away, the sandy beach of Trouville-sur-Mer allows you to fully enjoy the joys of the seaside: swimming, fishing on foot, walks or moments of relaxation in front of the magnificent sunsets.

Nestled in a quiet and sunny street, the house is less than 10 minutes walk from the Halle aux Poissons, restaurants, the Casino and the Thalasso, thus offering privileged access to the pleasures of the city.

On the ground floor, a warm living room with a large dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests. It opens onto a fitted and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

Upstairs, a first double bedroom (140x190) offers a cosy space with a bench ideal for relaxing and admiring the sea view. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete this level.
On the second floor, a bedroom with two bunk beds can accommodate the youngest, while a second double bedroom (140x190) has its own shower room.

The top floor reveals a large, bright bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bench that can be transformed into an additional bed on request.

Finally, on the basement level, a practical space is dedicated to storing bicycles, with also a washing machine and a separate toilet. WIFI is available throughout the house.

Completely renovated and decorated with care, this house combines charm and comfort to offer you a pleasant stay, whether with family or friends.
Pets, as long as they are clean and well behaved, are welcome in this house.

Babies are welcome at MyPacôme Conciergerie! For your comfort, a travel cot and a high chair are already available on site. If you need additional equipment, we offer the rental of cots and high chairs, delivered and installed before your arrival:
- Baby cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: 12€ per night
- High chair: 10€ per night
- Baby kit (cot + high chair): 19€ per night

To ensure that you make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: in-home massage, in-home chef service, delivery of aperitif boards, wine tasting (wine tasting + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental and much more. Do not hesitate to contact us for any request before your stay.

Upon arrival, beds will be made and towels, bath mats and tea towels will be at your disposal. Dressing gowns and slippers can also be provided upon request, at an extra cost.

Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 8 pm. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
