The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Deauville.  
"Le Drakkar", 1-room studio 28 m2, on the ground floor, west facing position. Object suitable for 2 adults. Living/sleeping room 28 m2 with panoramic window west facing position with 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen), heating stove. Exit to the patio, west facing position. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace furniture. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Emplacement idéal centre à pied à moins de 5 min et mer à 10 min. Stationnement à l’intérieur de la résidence parfait. Appartement bien situé avec jolie vue sur les toits de Trouville ainsi qu’une vue partielle mer. Petit jardin agréable. Petit point négatif pas de chambre comme sur l’annonce mais un canapé lit et petite douche 60x60\. Pour le reste ville agréable, un bon séjour.
