  • Apartment of 25 m2 renovated with terrace and landscaped garden of 50m2, sunny and quiet in a luxury residence. Parking in the residence, my home is located near the town hall in the heart of all shops.
    You will appreciate the calm and the moments of relaxation in the garden
    2 minutes from the beach, Casino and Thalasso.
    The apartment is near the train station Deauville - Trouville (10 min walk) and 5 minutes from Deauville by the tray.
    His equipment: Queen 2 people very comfortable, table and 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils ..) .
    The toilets are beyond the bathroom (shower with Italian, towels and hair dryer available)
