### Troon Golf Apartment

1 bed first floor flat in town centre location in Troon, close to popular pubs, restaurants and minutes walk from the beach.  
  
Recently introduced to the rental market is this 1 bedroom first floor apartment in the centre of Troon. This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach a short walk. Troon beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton and all nearby.   
  
The property is a short 5 minute car journey to the ferry terminal giving access to Northern Ireland and Arran.  
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to  
adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional  
charges may apply.   
  
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this  
development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.   
  
 Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate  
charge will apply.
