You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Troon Golf 2024

My place is an old stone school house build in 1900\. The property has been extensively renovated and upgraded and is now a bright, sunny, warm and inviting home for 4 people. It is less than 15 minutes walk to Royal Troon golf course, Troon station is 5 minutes away, and it has private parking for two cars at the front of the property.   
There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom/shower room, and both with single beds. A small entrance hallway leads into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living room also has a sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed, however, please note that there is no independent bathroom.   
The property is private and very quiet - although it's an old school house, there is no noise after 3.15 pm, weekends and during the school holidays. The property is also fenced off with a private garden to the side and back.   
A large local supermarket with a petrol station is a few minutes walk (5) even less if you drive.  
Troon beach is 5 minutes walk.
