The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, wihich is open plan onto the lounge area. The lounge benefits from a comfortable corner sofa and door leading to the outside patio area. One bedroom with twin beds on the ground floor and the upper floor has a large bedroom with double bed. Family bathroom with shower over bath is located on the ground floor.

The property benefits from an immaculate front private patio area, parking is on street.

This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach approx. 100 yards away. Troon beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton and all nearby.
