"We stayed at this hotel when extensive renovations were ongoing (something that neither the hotel or Expedia advertised!); it was so noisy when we arrived at 5:30pm that we could not hear the reception staff properly. We were advised that the builders would stop at 6:00pm and recommence at 8:00am ..."
