Not our first visit, however there were renovations going on, therefore no ice machines anywhere in the hotel. We were there on the weekend so no construction noise, so at least this was not a negative. The underground parking lot which is such a great amenity was not accessible due to the renovations. Staff at frontdesk were friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, but very dated, and in a major need of a complete face-lift. You get what you pay for. If it's to crash a couple of nights or if you're on a tight budget, you will survive, otherwise you better go to another hotel. Restaurant is open only for breakfast for now; they are renovating for a new restaurant to open soon.

The hotel is really really old and not renovated, I think the bathroom is from 1970 no joke so not super inviting. I couldn't close the hot faucet, I had to use a towel... It was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the walls are paper-thin, we could here the conversation at 1AM from the room next door. It wasn't even a party - just the talking ! Location was great for the Festivoix but honestly for the price it is outrageous.

Hôtel is definitely really dated. Our first room had a noisy AC and the fire alarm was beeping. We got a 2nd room which was near construction so it was quite noisy. I needed to relax post-op so it was a no go. We were moved to a 3rd room that finally was a good fit. The staff was really great and the included breakfast was excellent. (Included for a limited time to my understanding). EV charging was a nice plus!
