Our one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet residence on the hills above Anse Mitan, 150 metres from the beach.

Fully equipped and comfortable, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Fort-de-France Bay, the Pitons du Carbet, and the Caribbean Sea.

Ideal for up to 4 adults or a couple with two children.

The apartment features a large living area with a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a two-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a multifunction microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso pod coffee maker, and all the necessary kitchenware (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.)

The living room features a 160x200 sofa bed, a coffee table, a sideboard, and a TV.

The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a walk-in closet for storage, and a 160x200 bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with a sink, and a toilet.

Linens and bath towels will be provided upon your arrival.

You’ll enjoy the tranquility of the residence’s private pool or a stroll down to Anse Mitan Beach, where the ferry from the pier will take you to Fort-de-France in 20 minutes.

A 5-minute walk away, in the Creole village of Pointe du Bout, you’ll find various shops (bakery, convenience store, pharmacy, retail stores, etc.) as well as bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and a casino.

You can also rent a car directly at Pointe du Bout.

Located in a prime spot in Martinique, the Pointe du Bout Marina offers a wide range of water sports (scuba diving, boat tours, dolphin-watching excursions, etc.) as well as numerous nearby excursions to discover the island’s treasures, such as the village of La Poterie, the Domaine de la Pagerie (Joséphine’s House), the Anses d’Arlets, and more.
