"Beautiful resort with plenty of food options! Pool area was great and open till 10pm! Free shuttle to downtown Napa was a great added bonus to our overnight stay! Wasn’t happy with our room but after a call to front desk, we were relocated to a beautiful and better room with a view!!"

"Our room was great and the staff was wonderful, but we were disappointed with the lobby restaurant. Upon checkin, I’m pretty sure we were told breakfast was included. When we went down for breakfast, the waitstaff had never heard of any such amenity. Ok, maybe we misheard. No big deal. It’s Mother’s Day and our first weekend away from our little one so we decide to eat there anyway. First, our food was delivered to a different table, so our food took quite some time to make it to us. Then the rare steak I ordered came back well done and my poached eggs were closer to hard boiled. I mean ruined it to our waitress and she was equally confused and very apologetic. She sent in an order for a steak at the correct temp and new poached eggs to go with the remainder of my breakfast. About half way through breakfast the eggs and steak made it to our table. The eggs were perfect, but the steak was over salted. I didn’t have the heart to bring it up to our server, she was working hard enough as it was. But overall our Mother’s Day breakfast left much to be desired. Other than that, the hotel was great and again the staff were top notch."

"After we checked in we realized they gave us the wrong keys. They told me do download the Hilton app and I did! It didn’t help, I called customer service and finally half an hour later, they gave us the right keys."

"Everything was very good. The 1st night though we received a call at 2:09 am on the hotel phone. I didn’t make it in time so a few minutes later they called back. Asking us to turn down the volume on our tv, but we did not have our tv on, especially at 2 in the morning!"

"The breakfast had a decent selection and was fresh although it could have been hotter. The property was very clean and quiet. It was better than most places I've stayed with a higher ranking. "

"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with free electrolytes in the mini-fridge and there was a Nespresso with plenty of pods. It also smelled really nice. There was a spacious semi-private outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Staff was helpful at the Spa, though the Lobby / Check-in person was kind of awkward. Maybe she was new. The grounds are huge and it's easy to get lost, so be prepared to do lots of walking or continuously call for a golf cart to chauffeur you around. It's also kind of confusing the way the "rooms" (which are stand-alone units) are numbered, and I couldn't figure out the order or logic behind it. That said, it was lovely, clean, and the amenities are incredible. Guests get free access to use the sauna, steam room, salt room, and adult-only heated pool for free, but have to make a reservation and have one hour to use the spa facilities."

"I love the cleanliness. Furniture was not old, the rooms smell very clean and the beds are so comfy. The property is very pretty I enjoy the swimming pool area and the patio area too. Breakfast was very good. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and good customer service. We will go back again.."
