Ferienwohnung entspricht nicht dem Inserat

Nach der Ankunft in Isola Rossa war niemand unter der angegebenen Nummer erreichbar. Nach hinzufüger der Nummer zu Whatsapp haben wir dann bei den Kontaktdetails eine Adresse von einer Angentur gefunden, wo wir den Schlüssel abholen durften. Wir wurden dann zu einer anderen Unterkunft geführt. Diese war etwas weiter vom Strand entfernt, die Küche war deutlich älter als im Inserat, zu wenig Besteck und WLAN gab es leider auch nicht. Nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten, dass wir eine andere Unterkunft gebucht hatten, wurde uns zuerst gesagt, dass man keine Ahnung habe und dies der Schlüssel sei, welcher vom Besitzer zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Um den Urlaub antreten zu können, sind wir in der Unterkunft geblieben. Leider waren nicht wie bestellt Handtücher und Bettwäsche vor Ort. Wir sind dann nochmals zur Agentur gegangen und haben die Handtücher und Bettwäsche anstandslos erhalten. Hier wurden wir dann auf nachfragen darauf hingewiesen, dass es ein Problem mit der anderen Wohnung gab und wir ein "Upgrade" erhalten hätten. Wir haben später gesehen, dass die gebuchte Wohnung nun auch belegt war.
