Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für jedes Problem gab es eine Lösung. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen. Das Dorf Hochgallmig bietet ein herrliches Bergpanorama.

The hotel was not clean at all, and unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing. When we reported that $200 CAD was missing from my bag in our room, the reception staff did not take the situation seriously or offer any meaningful assistance. Instead, we were told that “$200 is not a lot.”
That response was completely unacceptable. It doesn’t matter whether the amount is $20 or $2,000, guests’ belongings and money should be safe in their rooms. No guest should have to worry about someone going through their bags or taking money from their personal belongings.
We expected the hotel to take our concern seriously and investigate the situation, but we felt dismissed and unsupported. This experience was extremely disappointing and would make us think twice about staying at this hotel again.

"There was no receptionist to check us in and the automated system was not working properly. VERY FRUSTRATING. The room had no air conditioning and was difficult to figure out lighting. Again… frustrating. Food was good though."
