The check in process is totally remote. The video dem was excellent. You can only talk with the staff in the morning. Need to go downstairs to get towels, if you need more. Keys, only one set was issued, better not lose them! The check out time is early 10:30\. They won’t call a taxi for you. The place is old, no paper towels, but it has a full kitchenette. It is spacious, but the best is the balcony.
