The villa consists of three apartments and a studio apartment. The ground floor apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is in the bedroom), living room / kitchen, balcony and large veranda facing the sea (the entire veranda on the ground floor 4.5x9m. The apartment can be divided into two units as the third bedroom has its bathroom and an external kitchenette. The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are large and suitable for up to 3 beds and in the living room / kitchen there is a double sofa bed. The villa is in a peripheral position with respect to the small town of Marina Serra so in the absence of vehicular transit and directly overlooks the sea, reachable with easy access beyond the road in front of the villa plus a beautiful natural swimming pool also accessible for children at 150 m recently object of an article on Vanity Fair for its beauty and the former marina now become a swimming area with shallow waters. The villa is suitable for various types of tourists, couples, families, groups with the possibility of adapting to all needs. We provide linen on request and with additional payment (sheets and bathroom towel kit). We provide a cot for the little ones free of charge. Overall, the villa has 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The spaces of the villa can be used flexibly according to the needs and requests of Misters. travelers. Our villa is in fact suitable for families, large groups and even couples. My family and I spend the summer in another apartment always in the villa. Our 9-year-old Roberto's children, Riccardo of 13 and Anita of 16 often make a joint, together with their cousins and friends, with our little guests both in the garden games and in the dives in the sea and in the afternoon autonomous "outings" and evening in the resort which is quiet and safe from this point of view. TV with Sky satellite decoder usable with the smart cards of Misters. guests or ViaSat. Large outdoor spaces, garden with children's games, shaded parking (2 parking spaces per apartment), common washing machine, comfortable common outdoor shower. A pochi passi dalla casa ci sono diversi accessi che permettono di accedere al litorale a scogliera che si affaccia su un mare cristallino. Se poi ci si sposta di pochi chilometri si possono raggiungere alcuni degli scorci più belli del Salento. Mangiare poi di fronte al mare in una insenatura naturale con vista scogliera che si tuffa nel mare, non ha prezzo. Padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile. Noi eravamo in 13 e quindi abbiamo affittato 2 appartamenti: uno al piano superiore e uno al piano inferiore. Avevamo 3 macchine che abbiamo ricoverate tutte all’interno della proprietà che è veramente molto ampia. In generale ci siamo trovati bene in entrambi gli appartamenti. L’unico cosa che ci sentiamo di segnalare e’ l’umidità presente nelle due camere da letto dell’appartamento al piano terra, presente sicuramente a causa del fatto che le pareti posteriori delle camere per circa metà della loro altezza, sono contro terra. Tuttavia, per ovviare a questo problema, abbiamo lasciato acceso lo split dell’aria condizionata presente nella zona notte in modalità deumidificarore e abbiamo attenuato il problema. Maison de vacances à quelques pas de la mer où on peut se baigner (ne pas oublier les chaussures de mer) dans une eau chaude et limpide. MARINA SERRA se situe à 4 kms de TRICASE où on trouve toutes les commodités. C'est un point de départ idéal vers Otranto d'un côté et Gallipoli de l'autre afin d'explorer la diversité des plages et des côtes du SALENTO . Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables. La casa ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno in vacanza ed anche di più: ampi spazi vitali sia in casa che all'aperto, senso di fresco e pulito, TV satellitare, lavatrice , Phone, asse da stiro e ferro (per chi volesse mantenere le abitudini cittadine), calma, silenzio e vicini, compresi i proprietari e prole estremamente gentili e cordiali. Tutto ad un passo da una splendida scogliera e un ancora più meraviglioso, pulito e cristallino mare con una indimenticabile panoramica. Tanti punti da esplorare e da non perdere !!!!! Grazie alla sempre cortese e simpatica disponibilità dei proprietari, abbiamo trascorso delle vacanze serene, solari e sorprendenti. Ottimo punto per visitare entrambe le coste salentine, sia per l'entroterra. Numerose attività socio-culturali, soprattutto in Agosto, di ottimo livello sia artistico che culinario. Casa fresca, spaziosa, amena con un panorama fronte mare indimenticabile. La spiaggia di rocce a mt.20 dall'abitazione offre fondali incantevoli, mentre per i più piccoli, a circa mt.200, c'è "la piscina" , antica cava di pietra, che offre una situazione unica sia per l'originalità del contesto che per la sicurezza dei bimbi. La casa è in una posizione ideale, defilata ma dentro il paese con il mare di fronte (‘guarda che luna’ spettacolare) e la possibilità di tuffarsi in acqua in meno di un minuto da che uno si sveglia (non c’è spiaggia ma scogli ‘facili’ e con diversi accessi all’acqua). Stanze grandi e ‘fresche’ (anche se il periodo è stato fresco di suo). Di fatto tre stanze potendo usare la cucina come spazio comune (tanto si mangia fuori guardando il mare), due docce esterne, spazio attrezzato all’esterno con parcheggio e pure un piccolo orto a disposizione (‘chi va a prendere rosmarino e basilico?’ ). E che importa se i mobili sono datati. L’accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e generosa, e i proprietari disponibilissimi. Grazie Giuseppe, un saluto! "Ringrazio Giuseppe e la moglie per la squisita accoglienza e la cordialità con cui ci hanno sempre consigliato ed accontentato. La casa è molto grande ed accogliente e cosa molto importante, date le temperature pugliesi,FRESCA!!!! Parcheggio in cortile, lavatrice a disposizione, griglia, doccia anche esterna , spiaggia ( di scogli) a 10 m da casa ecc. ecc. ecc.
